Our next leadership camps are in Spring 2025, in-person in downtown Toronto and online
Organizing an art therapy workshop can be beneficial for youth in your community. Engage an art therapist to help youth use art to express their thoughts and feelings, and improve the emotional well-being of youth.
Sometimes, it can be difficult for some people to express their thoughts and emotions through words, such as when there's a language barrier, high levels of stress, or trauma. Art is a useful method for alternative communication and improving self-awareness.
This project can give youth an opportunity where they are encouraged to be creative and express themselves. It can provide a safe and comfortable space for youth to connect with their peers, express themselves, and improve their art skills.
