Parks, school grounds, or local trails
On a weekend during summer
Indoors or outdoors - Quiet rooms, gyms, or parks
One day during family day long weekend
Plan a safe route for walking or running suitable for all ages.
Promote the event to youth, families, and community members.
Include wellness stations with tips on mental health, nutrition, or hydration.
Recruit volunteers to support registration, safety, and activity stations.
Encourage participants to track goals, reflect on wellness, and stay active.
