Our next leadership camps are in Spring 2025, in-person in downtown Toronto and online
Promote and destigmatize flu and HPV awareness by hosting a vaccine clinic that will make vaccines more accessible to community members. Many people do not have access to, or do not know where to get vaccines - break this cycle by starting a clinic that will allow community members to get vaccinated locally!
Many underserved communities cannot easily access vaccines. Hosting a vaccine clinic will allow people from these communities to learn more about vaccinations, and present them with the opportunity to get vaccinated.
It will allow people to access vaccines locally, and learn more about HPV and flu prevention. Many individuals do not understand the importance of getting vaccinated, and this clinic will give them the opportunity to learn more about them as well.
HPV tends to be a taboo topic of conversation and is very stigmatized. There may be people within the community who don't know about HPV vaccinations or HPV in general. This clinic will help normalize conversations surrounding HPV, and aid in HPV prevention.
