Our next leadership camps are in Spring 2025, in-person in downtown Toronto and online
Promote environmentalism and help your community properly dispose of their electronics by hosting this recycling event. Often, people do not have the time to dispose of their batteries and electronics in a way that is environmentally friendly - break this cycle by hosting a local collection space for these goods, and ensuring they're disposed of properly.
The goal here is to encourage community members to effectively and properly dispose of their batteries and electronic goods. Many people do not have the time or know how to properly dispose of these things, which can have negative effects on the environment.
This will allow people to properly recycle these sensitive materials in a way that is environmentally friendly. Making sure that electronics and batteries are disposed of properly is important for protecting the local environment. This event will take some work off their hands and hopefully teach them how to deal with recycling in the future.
Every Wednesday and Friday in October
