This project supports justice-involved or formerly incarcerated youth as they transition back into school, work, and community life. Youth focus on peer support, skill-building, and positive community connection.

This project helps youth understand second chances and the importance of community support.
Ongoing or scheduled sessions
Community centres or partner organizations
Partner with a youth justice or reintegration organization.
Define the role youth volunteers will play.
Provide basic training on confidentiality and respect.
Plan activities focused on skill-building or mentorship.
Check in regularly with partners and participants.
