Giving STEM Toys to Underprivileged Kids
Promote values of altruism and generosity within your community by asking members to donate STEM-based toys to children who cannot afford them. Help make educational resources and tools more accessible to lower-income children.
How might this help your community?
Many children are interested in STEM, but cannot afford the toys that are associated with their interest. The aim of this event is to provide these children with STEM toys, giving them the opportunity to play while they learn as well.
This will allow many youths from low-income families to access STEM toys that enhance their learning. It also encourages community members to help out each other, and foster the growth of the children around them.
