Our next leadership camps are in Spring 2025, in-person in downtown Toronto and online
People who are introverted or who struggle with social anxiety frequently find it difficult to interact with others. Run this extrovert training session and assist the participants in learning and practicing how to become extroverts when necessary.
Youth between the ages of 15 and 30 are welcome to attend, especially shy, introverted, and socially anxious individuals. The skills participants acquire will help them in a variety of social situations, including job interviews, presentations at work or school, and group activities.
They will also meet other people who are going through similar experiences, with whom they will be able to connect and receive support as a result of this project.
