Hosting a youth entrepreneurship project helps young people learn practical ways to earn income through small businesses, side hustles, and creative ideas. Youth explore how their skills and interests can turn into earning opportunities.

Introduces youth to entrepreneurship as a career pathway
This project empowers youth to think critically about their skills and how they can create value within their community.
After school or during a weekend workshop
Schools, community centres, libraries, or online sessions
Decide which entrepreneurship topics will be covered (pricing, ideas, marketing, budgeting).
Secure a space or online platform to host the session.
Promote the workshop to youth participants.
Invite a guest speaker or youth entrepreneur if possible.
Prepare examples of small business ideas youth can start.
Host the session and allow time for questions and discussion.
