Our next leadership camps are in Spring 2025, in-person in downtown Toronto and online
Help those who have recently moved to the country by hosting a support group for newcomers to Canada. Many newcomers struggle to adapt to their new homes - break this cycle by providing them with the opportunity to share their experiences with one another.
Many newcomers are overwhelmed while settling into Canada and feel alone in their experiences. Having a support group for these people will allow them to see that they're not the only ones who feel this way.
It will allow newcomers to build a community with those going through similar experiences as them. They can meet new people, form friendships, and build bonds that will help them get through their experiences of settling in.
Every Saturday evening
At a local community center

Find, contact, and book a community space for the meetings to happen in. Ensure the space you book has enough privacy, and is comfortable for attendees.
Create, print, and share flyers advertising the group.
