Spring and summer afternoons
Local parks or outdoor community spaces
Choose a park or outdoor space and secure permission if needed.
Decide whether food will be shared, donated, or potluck-style.
Promote the picnic to the community.
Organize seating, blankets, and food stations.
Welcome participants and encourage conversation.
Clean up the space after the event.
