Youth clubs, after-school programs, or local recreation halls
Choose the format: board games, video games, or movie screenings.
Recruit volunteers or youth organizers to supervise activities.
Set up the space with tables, chairs, and entertainment equipment.
Promote the event to peers and community members.
Provide snacks, refreshments, and ensure safety and inclusivity.
